Il progetto mira alla creazione di un polo musicale, un luogo d’incontro tra professionisti e appassionati delle discipline musicali, per l’interscambio e l’innovazione artistica e sociale. Un luogo in cui la musica incontra i cittadini e diventa strumento d’inclusione ed emancipazione sociale. Un elemento fondamentale del polo sarà l’istituzione di  un’accademia musicale dedicata ai bambini e ai ragazzi della II municipalità e un’orchestra ritmico- melodica e digitale, giovanile e infantile. L’accademia utilizzerà una metodologia inclusiva basata sul coinvolgimento della comunità, secondo il metodo delle comunità di apprendimento, grazie al quale si auspica ad un impatto non solo sugli utenti diretti ma sull’intera comunità di quartiere.
